Refund
Customs pieces are non-refundable. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom. 
   
If your item has been lost or stolen after taken to USPS. Unfortunately, I will not be able to replace or refund the item. If you need help submitting a missing mail search request through USPS contact me at sweetandsavvyshop@gmail.com
  
  
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  
   
Pricing
Custom orders will typically be at least 10% more expensive than the pre-made pieces I have released. The price is determined by the necessity to source new materials, the time taken to discuss your custom outside of my normal releases, the cost of all materials, and the piece's complexity. This percentage is subject to change based on the requirements of your custom.
  
  
Processing Time
Custom orders can take up to 14 days to complete. Please allow for the full-time frame as I finish customs on a first come-first serve basis. Timing is subject to change depending on the materials needed to source. 
  
  
Additional Info
If you have any inspiration photos, please email them to me. This does not include another artist's work. This will be a 1-1 piece made special for you. I will not copy another artist's work. However, if it is helpful for you to include photos of my past work so I can get a better idea of what you want - please do so.
